Highly entertaining!

Aneesh's parents were born in Africa but moved to Wellington, New Zealand when the dictator Idi Amin kicked out all non-Nationals from the country.  It was expected that Aneesh would become a doctor, lawyer or accountant. As such Aneesh undertook his Bachelor of Commerce at Auckland University. His truck passion was to become a commercial airline pilot. he went through all interviews and exams with success however the cost of the degree was $100k. As he did not wish to put his parents through this expense he pursued his alternative passion - Information Technology.

After a series of roles, Aneesh met Sangeeta in 1997 and came to Melbourne that same year, they were married two years later.  Not long after they had a baby daughter (Nikeesha) and Aneesh’s family is his primary focus.

When he was younger, Aneesh joined the Air Training Corps upon the insistence of  his parents and loved it spending 4 years with the corps and rising to the rank of Warrant Officer.

At the age of 21 he completed his first static line skydive from 1,000ft  and loved it. Nikeesha and Aneesh will perform a 15,000 foot skydive in Fiji this December.

Aneesh is one of 23 first cousins but only he and one other boy will carry the family name forward.

By his own admission, he is highly accident-prone as the following list will confirm:

  • Broke his nose playing cricket
  • Broke his toe while working in a supermarket
  • Broke his right collar bone  three times and his left collar bone twice doing sport
  • Broke his  finger playing cricket indoor at the office during a xmas party
  • Broke both his legs and required over 200 stitches after a plate glass window fell on both legs
  • And in 2003 he was put into an induced coma after his lungs started filling up with liquid
