Its been a tough few months for year 12 with reduced study contact with their school.
The Rotary Club of Emerald and District decided to brighten the exam lead-up period for students at Emerald Secondary College by delivering a care pack for each of the 100+ students.
Eleni Stathatos, Acting Principal was delighted to recieve the packs from our Youth Chair, Tina McInerney.
Jazmine Dewar, School Captain spoke on behalf of the students commenting:
Thank you to Rotary. It is an absolutely wonderful gift greatly appreciated by all. A great way to end the year with a bang seeing that we can’t have a normal celebration.
