Last minute cancellation silver lining!
We wanted to start by expressing our gratitude to all members who attended our recent meeting. Despite the last-minute cancellation of our guest speaker, the evening turned out to be an entertaining and engaging one. A huge thank you to Ian Ash for stepping in with an intriguing group activity. Your creativity and talent were truly appreciated, and we're so glad you could save the day!

News from Environment
We'd also like to thank our Environment team for updating us on their projects. The bird hollows initiative is off to a great start, and we're excited to see the progress. Don't forget to mark your calendars for Clean Up Australia Day on March 2nd, where we'll be volunteering with the community. More details to come!

Conference Costume Sorted
The CCC Committee (Conference Costume Committee) gave us a sneak peek into their plans, and we can't wait to see our club shine as the boldest and most fun club in the district! Conference tickets still available!

2025 Rotary Ride for Medical Research
John Shaw also reminded us that it's time for his epic bike ride to support Australian Rotary Health. This incredible organization funds research, awareness, and education for healthier minds, bodies, and communities. They also provide scholarships for rural medical and nursing students, as well as Indigenous health students.

John does this ride every year and has raised over $25,000 personally. Good Luck John, what a legend you are!

If you're able to support John's ride, please donate here: https://rotaryrideforresearch.raiselysite.com/john-shaw
